Last night we celebrated the new year with a few thousand others from a vantage point on <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Primrose_Hill\">Primrose Hill<\/a>, one of our favorite places in the city.\u00a0 Today we visited the new office towers&#8211;currently in various stages of completion&#8211;that are rising on the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/South_Bank,_London\">South Bank<\/a> of the Thames and in <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/The_City_of_London\">The City<\/a>.\u00a0 Tomorrow it\u2019s off to the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/London_Olympic_Park\">Olympic Park<\/a> to begin researching <a href=\"http:\/\/www.interculturalurbanism.com\/?p=2309\">post-Olympics regeneration<\/a> of the East End. More on both of those topics to come.
